Counseling and Therapy Services
I offer teletherapy services for individuals and families who prefer to receive therapy from the comfort of their own home. Our teletherapy sessions are conducted via a secure video platform and provide the same level of care and attention as our in-person sessions. With teletherapy, you can access mental health care from anywhere, at any time.
01.
Individual therapy services provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My goal is to help you develop the skills and insights needed to improve your emotional health and well-being. I implement a variety of treatment modalities included but not limited to EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
02.
Counseling helps children and teens learn to identify the cause of their distress, express and vocalize their feelings, and identify tools for self-regulation.
03.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma therapy services are designed to help individuals who have experienced traumatic events, such as abuse, violence, or accidents. I employ evidence-based techniques such as EMDR and CBT to help you work through the effects of trauma and build resilience.
04.
Christine is trained to provide clinical supervision to soon-to-be graduated or newly graduated therapists. This time is used to guide, teach, and model ethical and effective therapeutic practices.
