Online and In-Personal Therapy Services

01.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy services provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My goal is to help you develop the skills and insights needed to improve your emotional health and well-being. I implement a variety of treatment modalities included but not limited to EMDR, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

02.

Child
& Adolescent Therapy

Counseling helps children and teens learn to identify the cause of their distress, express and vocalize their feelings, and identify tools for self-regulation.

03.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma therapy services are designed to help individuals who have experienced traumatic events, such as abuse, violence, or accidents. I employ evidence-based techniques such as EMDR and CBT to help you work through the effects of trauma and build resilience.

04.

Clinical
Supervision

Christine is trained to provide clinical supervision to soon-to-be graduated or newly graduated therapists. This time is used to guide, teach, and model ethical and effective therapeutic practices.
